Not all SMEs employers speak english and we try to get closer to them so it was the reason why ALVIT- inovation and education s. r. o. arranged Soufflearning meeting on March 15, 2012.
Meeting was in Ostrava and it was visited by 23 SMEs employers. There were companies that are already involved and those who would like to get more information about Soufflearning method. There were also our trainers – PhDr. Irma Kaňová, Ing. Tomáš Činčala, Ing. Lenka Pelánová and Regina Činčalová. They talking about their personal Soufflearning experiences, about methodology, about training method etc. Also SME talked about their experiences and advantages/disadvantages of this Soufflearning method.
