Soufflearning 2013-2015: 1. Consortium Meeting

The Soufflearning project has officially entered round two. In October the national partners for the project, which is officially named “Soufflearning 2 – Expanding the innovative approach of On-the-job Training and Qualification for small and very small companies“, got together in Bonn, Germany to plan the coming two years.

After the local pilot it marks the second installment of the Soufflearning project to further spread the successful training method for SMEs to the wider European context. The project is again running under the umbrella of the Leonardo da Vinci program for Lifelong Learning. Information about earlier installments including the list and contact information for partners of Soufflearning 1 can be found in this section.

The goals of the current project are as follows:

  • Implementation of the SME-specific training concept in additional five European regions in three countries
  • Conducting individual staff-oriented training and qualification sessions in at least 30 SMEs
  • Qualification of trainers in the Soufflearning training concept
  • Continuing networking efforts with co-operative organizations and networks to promote Soufflearning further
  • Development of a specified certificate for qualified trainers

From Greece we are joined by the VET centre IRIS. Our national partner from Bulgaria is the Bulgarian Development Agency in Sofia. Spain is represented by three organizations from different regions: The integrated vocational training center CIFP Aguas Nuevas, the Association for Young Entrepreneurs CEAJE, and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Badajoz. All partners can also be found on this page. After two days of organization, strategic planning, and lively discussions, everyone is looking forward to the next two years and a successful project.
